It is perfectly located in the famous Madrid Río area, 2 metro stops from the famous Barrio La Latina, in the center of Madrid.
You can find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, Plaza Rio Shopping Center, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, it will also be close to places of interest such as the Puerta de Toledo and the well-known Madrid Rio. You can also get to know the rest of the city by mobilizing by public transport, being the metro station more nearby Marques de Vadillo (L5) and several bus lines (34).

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
