I rent my apartment because I'm currently living abroad, working as a teacher in Greece. So this is not for commercial purposes.

It is within 3 minutes walk to the Metro Station (U1, Maximilianstraße) and super close to many bars, cafes, supermarkets etc in walking distance.
As I'm currently not living in Nuremberg a friend of mine will give you the keys to the apartment.
