The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and Smart TV. There is a duct system heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a duct system AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month.
