The studio is centrally located in the district of Frankfurt Bockenheim – extremely close to the highlights of the city. Walk to the trendy district "Leipziger Straße" or to the campus Bockenheim of Goethe University. All other Frankfurt universities are also easily accessible, thanks to excellent links to public transport. Look forward to the skyline view from the roof terrace.

For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.
- Option to rent parking spaces
We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will occur). This can be booked once the contract is confirmed.

Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing.

- A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in
- For rental contracts up to 6 months, 7% VAT applies on the apartment rent. This increases the rental price.

- Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a
picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration”
