-Excellent and safe location for families, two big playgrounds and nature reserve Biesenhorster Sand in walking distance. Wuhleide Park

-The recreation and amusement park of Wuhlheide is just 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle

- Tierpark, the largest zoo in Europe, is also minutes away


Reason for rental offer: Sabbatical abroad for 1 1/2 school years, at present the townhouse is fully furnished for 2 adults and 1 child (11 yrs old).


Our personal wish and hope: we would love to find friendly, moderate and caring temporary tenants for our fully furnished house, who also find joy in looking after a small permaculture and garden. What you can expect is a wonderful open, friendly and also international neighborhood.
