We offers you a centrally located, well equipped, completely furnished apartment.

The 63 m2 apartment, on the 5th floor (no elevator but a free workout 😉) offers 2 rooms, ideal for 1-2people. the windows are direction to the south, really bright. The bedroom offers a comfy double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a cozy coucharea, a full-serviced open kitchen with eating place. Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV . In cold wintermonths you can warm up you cosy and cute at the wood-oven. Really great feeling.

Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section)

Ich biete eine zentral gelegene, gut ausgestattete, komplett möblierte Wohnung in der Altstadt für 1-2 Gäste an (der Preis für die Einzelnutzung beträgt 1399€, für 2 Personen Zuschlag €249,-).

Die sehr helle Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 63 m2 groß, ideal für 1-2 Personen. Die nach Süden ausgerichtete und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 5. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couchlandschaft ausgestattet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Essplatz, das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche mit Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren und Glasfaser-Internetanschluss. In kalten und dunklen Winternächten kann man sich an dem Specksteinofen bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre aufwärmen. Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Erdgeschoss.

Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
